Contest open to U.S. Citizens that reside on the state of Oklahoma and are 18 years of age of older. Winner must provide a valid Oklahoma government issued photo ID as proof of
Oklahoma residency. This includes both nominators and nominees. 3. Enter/Nominate to win online at edgetulsa.com from 2/8/09 – 3/7/10. Each entry must include a valid e-mail address, first and last name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth and contact phone number(s) of the nominator. Entrant must nominate someone that needs a “Snack Intervention” from Wheat Thins. Entrant must give name, birth date and best number to contact their nominee and type in why that person needs a snack intervention. One entry/nomination per person. You cannot nominate yourself. 4. On or around Monday, March 8th, 2010 a member of Shamrock Communications will randomly draw a winner from all eligible entries, the winner/nominee will be contacted by phone, e-mail or mail. Winner must claim prize within 30 days of being notified as the winner. Should the winner/nominee decline their prize, the prize will be awarded to the person who nominated them. 5. Winner can claim their prize at the KMYZ studios. Winner must present a valid government issued when claiming their prize Monday – Friday between 8:30am – 5:30pm at the KMYZ studios, 5810 E. Skelly Dr. Ste. 801 Tulsa, OK 74135 during normal business hours. 6. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for another prize at the request of the winner. Prize not redeemable for cash. 7. Winner is responsible for all taxes and applicable fees. 8. Winner agrees to sign a release for possible use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes and they indemnify and hold harmless Shamrock Communications, Wheat Thins, Kraft Foods and their participating sponsors for this promotion. 9.
