 King of The Cage!
King of the Cage action returns to the River Spirit Casino Event Center on Saturday Dec. 8, 2012 . This event entitled "Unification" is slated for 8 mixed martial arts bouts in the state of the art KOTC circular cage. Tickets are $40, $60 and $70. The main event of the evening is a unification title match between current KOTC Middleweight Champion Sean Strickland 9-0-0 (Corona, CA) and KOTC Interim Middleweight Champion Josh Bryant 14-1-0 (Tulsa, OK). Two champions enter but only one will leave with the title. Co-Main event showcases another one of Oklahoma's top fighters David Heath 17-7-0 (Tulsa, OK) . Heath, a veteran of some of the world's top organizations will face heavy handed striker Chad Herrick 12-7-0 (East Tawas, MI). In a featured bout heavyweights Cody East 3-1-0 (Las Lunas, NM) and Andenilson Clementino 3-2-0 (Brazil) battle it out for the second time. East a former 2x state champion wrestler came out the victor in the first fight over 6'7" former professional basketball player Clementino, but it's been over a year since their last meeting. Both fighters are undefeated at River Spirit casino and need a win here to bercome a title contender. The opening fight on our main card pits young prospects Zac Church 1-0-0 (Tulsa ,Ok) vs Damon Jackson 1-0-0 (MO) . This will be Church's 3rd appearance on KOTC at River Spirit and his performances have been nothing less than electrifying. A big fan favorite Zac Church delivers every time, and this time he faces an opponent that holds a win over one of his teammates which may make it a little more personal. The undercard host some of the areas top talent including Mat Thomas, CL Johnson, Billy Stimmel, Chad Brown, Sam Mullins, Josh Parrish, Shane Whittle and more.
