KMYZ, Coors Light & Action Powersports “Summer Waverunner Giveaway” Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Grand Prize: One (1) 2012 Yamaha Waverunner VX1100 cruiser with single Shorelandr trailer from KMYZ, Coors Light and Action Powersports, ARV $10,600.

2. Contest open to U.S. Citizens that reside on the state of Oklahoma and are 21 years of age of older. Must have a government issued Oklahoma state photo ID as proof residency.

3. Six (6) Ways to qualify
A) Listen to Qualify: Listen to KMYZ weekdays from June 11th – July 6th, 2012 between 8am -6pm. Listen for the “Coors Light Waverunner Sounder”, when prompted be the 10th caller at (918) 460-1045 to qualify. Up to 59 people will qualify on air.

B) Qualify at EDGE Remote Stops: Attend one (1) of the eight (8) EDGE Harley remotes and register to qualify by completing an official entry form and depositing it in the official registration box. At the conclusion of each remote a member of the KMYZ will randomly draw two (2) qualifiers from the eligible entries received at the remote. If qualifiers are present they will receive a letter stating they qualified for the grand prize. Qualifiers will be contacted by phone, mail or e-mail. One entry per person, per remote. Must register in person. Times, dates and locations of the remote stops will be announced on KMYZ, online at edgetulsa.com or can be obtained by picking up a list of the remotes at the KMYZ studios at 5810 E. Skelly Dr. Ste. 801 Tulsa, OK 74135 Monday – Friday during business hours 8:30am – 5:30pm. The remote stops will happen between May 25th – July 7th, 2012. 16 people will qualify from the remote stops.

C) Qualify at a Coors Light Stops: Attend one (1) of the eight (8) Coors Light stops and register to qualify by completing an official entry form and depositing it in the official registration box. A member of KMYZ will randomly draw two (2) qualifiers from the entries received at the conclusion of each stop. If qualifiers are present they will receive a letter stating they qualified for the grand prize. Qualifiers will be contacted by phone, mail or e-mail. One entry per person, per remote. Must register in person. Times, dates and locations of the stops will be posted online at edgetulsa.com or can be obtained by picking up a list of the remotes at the KMYZ studios at 5810 E. Skelly Dr. Ste. 801 Tulsa, OK 74135 Monday – Friday during business hours 8:30am – 5:30pm. The stops will happen between May 25th – July 7th, 2012. 16 people will qualify from the stops.

D) Text to Qualify: Look for the text code to enter at marked displays at participating Tulsa area Kum & Go locations and Action Powersports (7565 E. Admiral Pl. Tulsa, OK 74115). Enter 1 time from Kum & Go and 1 time from Action Powersports.

All text entries must be received by Sunday, July 8th, 2012 @ 11:59pm. A total of 20 from Kum & Go entries and 4 from Action Powersports qualifiers will be randomly drawn from all text to qualify entries on or around July 9th, 2012. Qualifiers will be contacted by phone, or text message. Odds of qualifying depend on number of entries. Message and data rates may apply.

E) Enter online: Enter online at edgetulsa.com between May 14th – July 8th, 2012 by completing the official entry form. One entry per person. One (1) qualifier randomly drawn on or around July 9th, 2012.

All qualifiers will receive a “Coors Light Shirt”, a key certificate and get qualified for the grand prize. To be eligible to win the grand prize, key certificate winners must be 21 or older and pick up their key certificate at the KMYZ studios, 5810 E. Skelly Dr. Ste. 801 Tulsa, OK 74135, no later than 4pm (Central Time) on Friday, July 20th, 2012 or be disqualified.

F) Qualify at the Grand Prize Giveaway Party: Attend the final grand prize giveaway party at Gray Snail Saloon 1334 East 15th Street Tulsa, OK 74120, on Saturday, July 21st, 2012. Between 3pm and 5pm register to win a key certificate by filling out and official entry form and depositing it in the official entry box. One entry per person. Must be present to qualify. At 5:15pm (Central Time), a member of KMYZ will randomly select 4 names to win a key certificate for the final giveaway. Must be present to win and your must have a valid government issued photo ID to claim your key certificate. Winners will have 1 minute to identify that they are present. Qualifiers will immediately turn in their key certificate for a number for their spot in line for the grand prize. If key certificates go unclaimed, no more drawings will occur.

4. One key certificate per person. Up to 120 people will qualify for the grand prize.

5. Grand Prize Check-in and Drawing: To be eligible to win the grand prize:
• Each key certificate winner must redeem their original key certificate for the grand prize giveaway at Gray Snail Saloon 1334 East 15th Street Tulsa, OK 74120, on Saturday, July 21st, 2012 between 3pm and 5pm sharp, Central Time.
• Key certificate winners prior to the final giveaway party must be present by 5pm Sharp and have and provide a valid government issued Oklahoma state photo ID and their original key certificate and turn it into the official registration table for a number for their spot in line for the final giveaway.
• Each qualifier that checks in will receive a line-up number, the earlier you arrive to sign in the lower your line-up number will be.
• Key certificate winners prior to July 21st, 2012 that fail to register by 5pm Central Standard Time Sharp, will be disqualified from the grand prize drawing.
• The grand prize drawing will start around 5:30pm.
• The qualifiers will line up in order by their number given starting with #1.
• There will be as many keys in a container as number of eligible qualifiers, One (1) key in the container will unlock the lock on the treasure chest which will contain the keys to the Waverunner
• Starting with number 1, each person, one at a time will reach into the container and grab 1 (one) key out and put the key into the lock and turn it to see if the lock opens.
• The first person who selects the winning key to unlock the lock wins.
• If a person is not in line at their designated turn to select a key, they will move to the back of the line.
• You must be present to win. No stand-ins are allowed.

6. Winner must claim prize with 30 days of winning. If winner should fail to claim prize within 30 days a random drawing from the eligible contestants from the grand prize drawing.

7. Winner can claim their prize at Action Powersports, 7565 E. Admiral Pl. Tulsa, OK 74115, during normal business hours.

8. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for another prize, or cash at the request of the winner.

9. Winner agrees to sign a release for possible use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes and they indemnify and hold harmless Shamrock Communications and their participating sponsors and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, joint venture partners, advertising and promotion agencies and the directors, officers, employees and assigns of each, harmless against any and all claims, damages, costs and liability arising out of acceptance/use of prize or prize travel. Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
